The Role

The Employment team continues to receive recognition for their exceptional client base and level of work undertaken. You will work with a vast client base which includes global financial institutions, FTSE 100 companies and the major UK and International Businesses.

You will be involved in the full range of Employment Law and HR support work, Contentious and Non-Contentious, (experience in either will be considered), for a wide range of clients across all business sectors. You can expect to work on a wide range of areas including but not limited to recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints and investigations.

You will have the opportunity to develop close client relationships and undertake a major role in client work. You will deal with a caseload that consists of privately funded matters to include divorce and dissolution proceedings, children proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and financial arrangements.
