The Role

This top 50 firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their growing office in the heart of Edinburgh.
You will be a part of the wider Real Estate team who have an accolade of awards and leading individuals recognised in the Legal 500.

You will have a caseload of transactions that you will run from instruction to completion; which will give you a real level in the way of client contact, therefore building and maintaining client relationships.

You will cover a mixed caseload which will make for an interesting role. This will involve sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, transfer of equity and re-mortgages.

The role offers real progression opportunities by joining a well-established team.

Requirements

You will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner (3-5 years experience)Ability to handle a caseload from instruction to completionYou will have a meticulous eye for detailExcellent communication and client care skillsAbility to handle a high-level caseload

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience and excellent benefits package
