The firm are seeking to hire a Residential & Commercial Property Lawyer into their growing practice, on a remote working basis.
This is not a high-pressured environment and the role will involve a mix of residential and commercial matters and there is scope to develop in the role.
You will deal with a high-quality Conveyancing caseload, which will often include high value transactions for HNW individuals, including that will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
You will deal with a broad range of commercial property matters, which will include but not be limited to; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, licenses to assign and investment.
You will be a Solicitor with upwards of two years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE)You will have experience in Residential and/or Commercial Property matters, training will be provided in this role as well as admin supportFirst-class communication skills
