This department deals with good quality levels of work. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters including freeholds, leaseholds, sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Each fee earner has sufficient admin support.

You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the residential conveyancing team in a friendly and supportive environment.

Requirements

You will cover a mixed caseload which will make for an interesting role. This will involve contract disputes, restrictive covenant disputes, finance disputes, IP litigation, partnership & shareholder disputes, professional negligence disputes, procurement disputes and property damage claims.

Requirements

You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at least 5 years PQEProven experience in a large regional or national practice is preferredEnergy, drive and enthusiasm are keyYou will have a meticulous eye for detailExcellent communication and client care skillsAbility to handle a high-level caseload
