Jonny joined JMC after an extensive career working in the insurance industry on the sales end of the business. He specialises on the West End market, advising his clients on a range of hires from Solicitors to Partners, including lateral hires. Jonny works with a wide array of law practices, from Top 50 through to the Top 200, leading Legal 500, as well as specialist boutique firms. 

Jonny prides himself on delivering excellent customer service. He invests his time into establishing and maintaining insightful relationships with his clients and candidates, making him an asset to both in the recruitment process. In his spare time, Jonny enjoys socializing, working out at the gym and is currently training for a half marathon.
