The Role

Working in this leading defender personal injury team, you will working on a mixed caseload with an emphasis on industrial disease, employer liability, RTA, product liability and casualty work.

You will be responsible for managing claims from inception through to completion and will be working alongside some of the foremost lawyers in the space. The career development and subsequent progression opportunities with the role are outstanding and the position represents a strong platform from which you can work towards Partnership with one of the leading international firms operating in Scotland.

The Ideal Candidate

• A conscientious solicitor with 1-3 PQE in Personal Injury (defender or pursuer)
• Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
• Has a client focus and approaches problems in an effective, organised and skilled manner
• Ability to manage complex and varied workloads efficiently to the highest standard
• Is a self-starter who is able to complete work independently, with supervision
