Joining a specialist claimant serious injury and clinical negligence team, you'll be working directly with Partners and have real and tangible progression pathways.

The role:

• Opportunity for a Serious Injury Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor 4+ years PQE seeking a role orientated around growth and expansion, based in Brighton, East Sussex.
• In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients who have suffered serious injuries including high-value and complex cases as a result of accidents, medical negligence, or other circumstances. You will work closely with clients and their families to provide expert legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Personal Injury Solicitor or Clinical Negligence Solicitor with a proven track record in handling serious/catastrophic injury cases (likely 4+ years PQE, although all PQE levels considered)
• Ambitious and looking to make a significant impact on the strategic direction of the department
• Highly personable and able to motivate others in the team
