The firm is now entering one of the most exciting chapters in its history, with a new managing partner in place and ambitious growth plans being driven across every department. New heads of department have been brought in to lead that expansion, and the Private Client team is next.

Located in a modern, well-appointed Liverpool office, the firm has consistently attracted lawyers from respected backgrounds who want to be part of something they can genuinely shape and grow.

The Role

You will work directly alongside the managing partner with significant financial investment behind you to lead and grow the Private Client practice. This is a role with full autonomy, a heavy hand in future recruitment decisions and the genuine backing of the firm behind every step of the department's growth.

Day to day you will take on a varied and interesting caseload spanning wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, court of protection and more, whilst driving the strategic direction of the department and building the team around you over time. The longer-term pathway is clear and well-supported, with real scope to recruit, shape and lead a growing team as the firm's ambitions are realised.

Requirements

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with a genuine desire to lead and grow a department
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is desirable
• Strong client-facing skills and a real appetite for business development
