The Role

The firm seeks a Senior Associate or Partner to join its Corporate Tax team in Cambridge.

The corporate team are award-winning, dealing with newsworthy work and a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs to public and international companies.

As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

The role will see you joining some of the best lawyers in the country, working on a range of corporate tax matters, advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, banking transactions, partnership taxation, corporate restructures, property related taxes and more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 6+ years PQE and solid experience in dealing with tax-related transactions
• You will have excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
• You should have excellent communications skills and work well within a team
