The Role

The firm seeks a Senior Associate or Partner to join its Corporate team in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The corporate team are award-winning, dealing with newsworthy work and a diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurs to public and international companies.

As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

You will work on a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, lending/borrowing, corporate finance, lending/borrowing, private equity, transactions, re-financings and exits.

Requirements & Remuneration:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
• You will have experience in all areas of corporate transactions
• You will have a good billings history and proven experience in business development
• You will have excellent attention to detail and technical knowledge
• You should have excellent communications skills and work well within a team
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an enhanced benefits package including private healthcare and gym membership.
