The Role

The team is looking to appoint a Senior Associate across a broad range of corporate transactions, with high-quality M&A at the core and real exposure to private equity and venture capital work.

You will support high growth emerging companies, entrepreneurial ventures, SMEs and established privately owned businesses, many of them private equity backed, with a significant number in tech, digital, IT, emerging technology, food and drink and manufacturing.

Your caseload will span:

• Mergers and acquisitions, including complex and high value transactions

• Private equity and venture capital work

• Corporate reorganisations and demergers

• General corporate advisory matters

• Corporate Senior Associate at 5+ PQE

• Technically strong, and comfortable with challenging legal work

• An appetite for business development, client responsibility and thought leadership

• Someone who enjoys supervising, developing and nurturing junior lawyers
