Ollie recently joined JMC Legal as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, having completed a BSc in Psychology at the University of Lincoln followed by an MSc in Organisational Psychology at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester. He arrives without a background in recruitment, but a strong interest in how hiring decisions get made, his MSc dissertation looked at how far people defer to AI-generated recommendations in recruitment decisions. He's looking forward to putting his understanding of psychology and people to work on the candidate side, helping legal professionals take confident next steps in their careers.

Outside of work, Ollie can usually be found at the gym. He's an avid Manchester United fan, still waiting patiently for the glory days to return, and loves socialising, whether that's a trip to the pub or catching a live music event.
