The Role

You will work alongside their international team of insolvency dispute specialists working across a broad range of domestic and cross-border financial and commercial insolvency disputes.

This insolvency dispute resolution team consists of a team of over 16 UK-based specialists alongside international colleagues and are partnered with all major bank panels and have excellent relationships with market-leading accountancy firms.

The team benefit from an unmatched restructuring department resource which offers a full service across the entire spectrum of restructuring and insolvency assignments in a broad range of sectors.

As a specialist in contentious insolvency, your role will involve providing advice to insolvency practitioners, lenders, litigation funders, company directors, and other stakeholders. This guidance will cover a spectrum of issues related to administrations, liquidations, bankruptcy, and various insolvency processes, encompassing both domestic and cross-border contexts within the jurisdiction.

Ideal Candidate

  • Is a determined and ambitious Insolvency litigation solicitor with 5+ years PQE
  • Your aspiration is to establish a distinctive identity within a market-leading firm.
  • Will have an inquisitive attitude with clear enthusiasm to develop your legal skill set.
