Restructuring & Insolvency

Due to the continued success and increased turnover year on year for the past 5 years, this Top 65 firm is looking to grow their team with the addition of a solicitor, to complement their wider Restructuring & Insolvency team.

You will be joining a well-recognised Restructuring & Insolvency department, which has an excellent reputation in the market.

• In the past two years they have hired over 40 Partners across multiple disciplines, who have come in and added a vast amount of value to the teams they have joined.
  
• They are ranked as leaders in the Legal 500 across most of their practice areas and have their eyes set on becoming the go-to firm in the UK.
  
• You will find that working for this firm you will be surrounded by individuals who are highly regarded in their respective fields and you will work on some of the largest matters outside of the Top 10 law firms.

• Your caseload will be diverse, including Covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery and more.

• The team also advises insolvency practitioners, lenders, borrowers, directors, distressed investors and other relevant organisations and individuals on their rights and obligations in respect of both transactional and contentious work.
  
• You will act for Banks and other lending institutions, Private equity companies, Investment funds, Creditors, Retailers, Healthcare suppliers, Charities and Commercial organisations, many of which have a multi-jurisdictional element.

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE
  
• Track record of developing and maintaining client relationships
  
• Able to work well with other department to increase cross referral instructions
