After a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to add to their team with a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive 1+ years PQE to help expand their influence throughout East Sussex.

The Firm and Role:

• In the idyllic setting of Crowborough, East Sussex, this friendly established firm is looking to expand their property offering after a period of sustained exponential growth.
• With an excellent reputation in the local area with little competition, you will have access to high quality residential property matters
• The work will be varied and will include but not be limited to sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, transfer of equity, new builds, and remortgages
• The firm is looking to develop a culture of internal progression and are more than open to discussing the pathways all the way to partnership available for candidates of any PQE, making them a great firm to consider

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor, CLC or FCILEx with a background in conveyancing. Experience of Commercial Property would be highly desirable although not essential.
• With a collaborative culture running through the firm, the ability to work in a team is essential
• You will be highly organised with the ability to communicate and work efficiently with different personality types to maximise work in an exciting environment
