The Firm

The firm have over 50 years' experience delivering exceptional legal services to HNW individuals, companies, overseas businesses, Public Private Partnerships and much more. They are very multi-service, with strong offerings in Family, Private Client and Company Commercial, but they are particularly well known and have a vast level of expertise and experience in Property. This includes Conveyancing, Property Litigation, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Real Estate.

The Partners at the firm believe in developing juniors and you will gain experience from well known names in the market.

The Role

Due to an influx of new work, the firm are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their stand-out team based in the West End, London.

The team deal with a good level of work in this area, they are busy which means that you will need to be able to hit the ground running and have good prior experience in Conveyancing.

The department deal with a wealthy client base, so you will find that you will be dealing with a busy caseload of prime central London properties. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 1 years' experience
• You will have experience handling your own matters/case load
• You will work well in a team

Salary:

• The salary on offer for this role is £30-35k depending on experience and background
