Are you a commercial lawyer seeking to play a pivotal role in the UK's transition to Net Zero? This Top 50 Firm is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Associate (3+ PQE) to join their award-winning team and accelerate their renewable energy practice.

You will support the full life cycle of renewable energy projects, tackling a myriad of complex contractual matters from inception through operation and subsequent decommissioning.

The Role

Working within this highly rated and Tier 1 ranked Projects team, you will engage with the full range of construction matters. With the support of an award-winning team of skilled and experienced colleagues, you will advise clients on some of the most cutting-edge, large-scale construction projects in the UK and abroad.

Projects include providing support to massive infrastructure developments and re-developments and having a hand in complex construction projects which will change the face of the UK for the next generation. Renewable power projects across wind, solar, green-hydrogen, geothermal power, biomass and more make up much of the exciting work this team undertakes.

Counted amongst the team's many notable clients are several FTSE 100 firms, as well as some of the UK's largest public bodies and numerous international clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an experienced lawyer with at least 3 years of relevant PQE
  • Can manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients

  • Is commercially aware and has strong technical knowledge
