The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor / Associate with 1+ PQE to join the firm's highly regarded Manchester team.

Real Estate Litigation is a core part of the firm's wider Disputes offering, with the national team acting for a sophisticated client base across a broad range of commercial property disputes.

You will work alongside leading Real Estate Litigation Partners and senior lawyers, gaining exposure to complex and high value matters from the outset. The work will include landlord and tenant disputes, lease disputes, development disputes, property related contractual claims, dilapidations, rights of way, restrictive covenants and other contentious real estate matters.

The team acts for major commercial landlords, occupiers, developers, investors and businesses, giving you exposure to clients and disputes that would typically be associated with much larger City practices.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE in Real Estate Litigation / Property Litigation
• Keen to learn from experienced Partners and take on increasing responsibility
