The Role

This firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer ( 5 years PQE +)to join their flourishing Manchester Office

The Real Estate Finance Department is highly Ranked in the Legal 500 and deals with some of the leading banks and financial institutions and lenders within the fields of Secured Lending and re-financing.

You will be handling a caseload of Property Investment, Development Finance, Securitisation, Project Finance, Facility Agreements.

You will be working with within a Leading Team with a large and Varied clientele.

Requirements

• You will be an Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• You will have trained from a strong commercial firm, either boutique, regional, national or in-house
• You will have first-class communication skills
• You will enjoy business development
