The role:

This Top 100 firm is looking for a Property Litigation Associate 2-6 years PQE to join their growing Real Estate disputes practice in Bristol.

This real estate litigation practice covers a wide variety of property disputes advising institutional, portfolio and individual landlord and tenant clients in various sectors including retail, leisure and hospitality.

They are looking for an Associate who can handle a varied caseload of commercial landlord and tenant matters including business lease renewals, break options, breach of lease terms, possession claims and insolvency issues.

This is an opportunity for you to further enhance your technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside two well-known Partners who foster an inclusive working environment.
