The role:

Opportunity for an ambitious Projects, Infrastructure & Construction Associate NQ-4 years PQE seeking a varied and interesting diet of work with one of Bristol's leading teams.

As an Associate in the PIC team, you can expect exposure to a broad range of domestic and international projects, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious work.

They provide a 360 service when it comes to development and transactional construction project management, as well as handling disputes and contentious matters for clients to minimize risks as much as possible.

Clean energy and transport sectors are a key feature of the practice, with a wider client roster made up of global manufacturers and retailers, major national and regional builders, and commercial land developers are regular clients. They also work with registered housing associations and public bodies including local authorities, police forces and other governmental departments and agencies.

They are looking for someone with experience in the handling of JCT and NEC contracts and additional familiarity with other industry forms including FIDIC, MF/1. It would also be desirable for you to have had some exposure to contentious matters.
