The Role

This role will see you working alongside some of the best lawyers in the UK, dealing with a varied caseload of matters including, but not limited to; wills, trusts, succession planning and estates, assisting a wide range of clients.

As a senior member of the team, you will oversee, mentor and train junior and mid-level fee-earners in the team and have an overall positive influence over the success of the department. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable.

If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.

Requirements:

• You will be a private client solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
• You will have solid knowledge and experience across all aspects of private client law
• You will have a proven track record in business development & a history of strong billings
• You will be confident in managing your own busy caseload of matters, delegating to junior fee-earners and the ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
• You will be highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
