This award-winning practice is seeking an Employment Partner with 8+ Years of relevant PQE.

This practice has invested heavily in marketing each of their practice areas which have seen a 50% rise in instructions this year alone. Furthermore, the infrastructure of this firm is excellent, using the most modern, 21st Century equipment and case management systems.

The Role:

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks an Employment Partner 8+ PQE to join their growing City outfit.

You will be joining a department headed up by a Chambers and legal 500 ranked Partner, who is at the top of their game.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work, including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work.

This firm is looking to invest in individuals for the long term and actively encourage internal promotion. As a result, there is a genuine and clear prospect for career progression.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Partner 8+relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
