This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Associate (NQ-5 PQE) to join a top 30 international firm in their expanding Manchester office.

In this role, you will deal with the highest quality national and international Non-Contentious Construction work whilst being given the platform to excel in your career as a Partner in the making.

The Role:

You will join a highly-ranked Construction team as a Junior Associate in the firm's Manchester office

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects both nationally and internationally gaining frontline experience on the Non-Contentious side of Construction supporting the wider departments and their range of regional, national and international clients, financial institutions and local authorities.

The workload will comprise of development work within; retail, housing, student accommodation, education and regeneration, as well as advising on infrastructure and energy projects.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this opportunity would suit a construction lawyer with NQ+ years PQE
• Have knowledge in drafting and revising contracts and appointments
