The Role

The firm is looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 4+ years of PQE to join their office in East Lancashire.

The successful candidate will play a significant role for the firm providing expert litigation advice across a broad spectrum of sectors such as;

• Contentious probate
• Contractual Disputes
• El & PL claims
• Property litigation
• Employment

You will be a team player with strong communication skills; combined with a friendly and professional approach to work and will be adept at working to targets within a busy team.

You will also play a key role in their Legal Surgery Sessions where you will provide a safe, private space where members of the public can talk to their experts and find out more about the legal options available to them.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor with a 4+ years PQE.
• You will have a strong work ethic
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
• You have a keenness to be involved with business development activities
• You will show initiative, and drive and have excellent communication skills.

Remuneration

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
