The Role

You will work directly alongside a partner and senior members of the disputes team, with genuine responsibility from the outset and support at every stage. This is not a role where a junior is handed the overflow. The partner you report to will be closely involved in your development, giving you the kind of structured, one to one training that is increasingly difficult to find at this level.

The breadth of work is a real strength. Rather than being pigeonholed early, you will build experience across the full range of the team's caseload and develop your confidence at a pace that matches your progression. There is scope over time to take ownership of your own matters and, as you become more senior, to support those coming up behind you.

Your caseload will span:

• Commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes and breach of contract claims

• Complex professional negligence matters

• Contentious insolvency work

• Civil litigation, including contentious trusts and probate and landlord and tenant disputes

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor

• Background or strong interest in litigation, ideally with a contentious seat behind you

• Eager to learn and be developed within an experienced team

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, client focused approach

• Commercially minded with real enthusiasm for dispute resolution work
