The Role

You will work directly alongside the managing partner and senior members of the disputes team, gaining hands-on experience across a genuinely broad and interesting litigation caseload from day one. This is a role where you will be supported at every step, given real exposure to complex matters and encouraged to develop your skills and confidence at a pace that suits your progression.

The breadth of work on offer is a real strength of this role, spanning:

• Commercial litigation including shareholder disputes and breach of contract claims
• Complex professional negligence matters
• Contentious insolvency cases
• Civil litigation including contentious trusts and probate and landlord and tenant disputes

• Newly qualified Solicitor with a background or strong interest in Litigation
