The Role
This leading Top 30 firm is seeking a IP Partner 8+ years PQE to join their outstanding office in Southampton.
In addition to driving our business forward, your role will entail collaborating with our colleagues in the USA. Alongside advancing our business objectives, you'll play a crucial part in nurturing the development of our team members. This involves providing coaching and mentoring support, and taking ownership of their career progression.

Requirements
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 8 + years PQE
Previous experience at a leading Legal 500 firm working at Partner level
Have an established client-base
You will be organized and have strong business development skills
You will have excellent client care and communication skills
