Role Overview: This firm is currently seeking an experienced Insolvency Senior Associate to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the insolvency department, providing high-quality legal advice and support to a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of insolvency matters, demonstrating expertise in corporate and personal insolvency procedures.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on restructuring, liquidation, administrations, and other insolvency-related matters.
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising on contentious and non-contentious insolvency issues.
• Collaborating closely with partners and team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication and support.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with substantial experience (X+ years) in insolvency law.
• A proven track record of independently handling complex insolvency cases.
• Strong understanding of insolvency procedures, legislation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide exceptional client service.
