The Role

This is a Head of Department opportunity with genuine backing behind it. No following is required.

For a Private Client lawyer who wants to lead and build rather than simply join an established team, this is an ideal platform.

You will lead and develop the Private Client department, taking on a varied caseload spanning wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, court of protection and more, whilst having genuine autonomy over the strategic direction and growth of the department. The department houses strong HNW/UHNW individuals services work, including family law.

The firm will support you fully in marketing and networking, and the longer-term pathway to building and recruiting a team around you is clear and well-supported.

Requirements

• Qualified Private Client Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with a genuine desire to lead and grow a department
• Comfortable developing business and generating work within a supportive environment
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team is desirable but not essential
