The Role

You will lead and shape the Family department, working closely alongside a highly regarded partner with a strong focus on international HNW and UHNW clients. The department handles complex, high-value work and has built a reputation for delivering at a level that rivals much larger practices.

You will step into a warm position with an established team around you, a strong referral network and an existing client base to build from. The firm's infrastructure and support will allow you to focus on delivering first-class advice and developing your practice, with a genuine platform to recruit and grow the team over time.

Work includes:

• High-net-worth private client family matters including international considerations
• Complex financial remedy and divorce proceedings
• International relocation matters, cohabitation disputes and beyond

The Ideal Candidate

• Family Partner or Senior Solicitor with 8+ years PQE
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial with a genuine desire to lead and grow a department
• Strong relationship-building skills and a commercial, client-focused approach
• Comfortable working closely alongside a partner on high-calibre, nationally recognised work
