The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE to join a growing boutique from their South Manchester offices and inherit an active, high-quality caseload from day one.

You will work directly alongside two of the existing partners on a varied and complex caseload of exclusively privately funded family matters, spanning divorces and financial remedy proceedings, children act cases, TOLATA issues, cohabitation disputes and more. The client base is broad and impressive, ranging from sports personalities and business owners through to HNW individuals from across the UK.

Due to the success the firm has had in developing its client base over the last five years, there is a strong and established caseload to inherit, with genuine scope to develop your own practice alongside it. The partnership actively welcomes fresh ideas and input from the wider team, making this an ideal environment for an ambitious lawyer who wants to contribute to something beyond their individual caseload.

Requirements

• Family Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
• Strong experience across privately funded family matters
• Confident managing a caseload with increasing autonomy
• Commercially minded with an interest in developing your own practice over time
