The role:

Are you a Family Solicitor 2+ years PQE or CILEX seeking a down-to-earth and friendly practice? If so, this reputable firm in Minehead would like to hear from you.

You will deal solely with a privately funded caseload that will include but not be limited to divorce and separation, financial matters on divorce, cohabitation, Children Act proceedings, nuptial agreements, and issues of domestic violence.

The team is known for its resolution-based approach in order to secure the very best outcome for their clients, therefore it's important that you share in this ethos and demonstrate strong advocacy and mediation skills.

• Family Solicitor 2+ years PQE or CILEX
• Able to run a varied caseload independently but with appropriate supervision, guidance and technical training
