The Role
Working within this high-performing Employment team, you will manage your own varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including tribunal litigation, TUPE, restructuring, senior exits and complex disciplinary and grievance issues.
You will take growing responsibility for client relationships, playing an active role in account management and business development alongside your fee-earning work. You will also support and mentor junior members of the team, contributing to their technical development and commercial awareness.

The Ideal Candidate
- Has around 5 to 8 years' PQE in employment law, gained at a reputable firm
- Is comfortable managing a varied and complex caseload with a degree of autonomy
- Is building, or is ready to build, their own client relationships
- Communicates confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Has supervisory experience and enjoys developing junior talent
- Is motivated by progression, with partnership as a longer-term ambition
