The Role

• Because of their growth and expansion, this firm is looking for Senior Employment Lawyer with 5yrs+ PQE to join their Worthing office in West Sussex.
• This firm has a keen focus on long lasting relationships, meaning that employees are encouraged to visit clients, and their teams boasts partners and solicitors formerly of London and other top firms, meaning that their training is amongst the best in the South East.
• Your role will be to head up, grow and lead the employment law team and providing expert advice to clients on a range of employment law matters. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
• You will also manage a caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious work, providing strategic advice to clients on employment law issues.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Senior Employment Lawyer / Employment Partner (5yrs+ PQE)
• You will have a great eye for detail
• You will be ambitious and dynamic
• You will be an excellent team player
• You will have local contacts/clients in Sussex with a proven track record in business development
