The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Associate 1+ years PQE to join the firm's growing Birmingham office.

Working alongside nationally recognised Employment Partners, you will advise an outstanding client base ranging from high growth businesses and household name retailers to multinational organisations and public sector bodies.

You will handle a varied mix of contentious and non contentious employment matters, including employment tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures and redundancies, TUPE, restrictive covenants, settlement agreements, executive exits and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

The team is known for giving junior lawyers genuine responsibility from an early stage. You will have direct client contact, excellent mentoring from senior lawyers and the opportunity to develop both your technical expertise and business development skills within one of the UK's leading Employment practices.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in Employment Law
• Experience advising employers across contentious and non contentious employment matters
• Strong technical ability and excellent communication skills
• Commercially minded with a genuine ambition to develop your career within a leading national team
