The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their growing offering in Guildford, Surrey.

The dispute resolution team deals with a wide range of high-level work. They are seeking a property litigator who enjoys variety to come in and join their growing presence.

In this role, you will be working on a mixed and dynamic caseload of property litigation matters including; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases, and Possession.

This firm has established a loyal and robust client base giving you access to a strong level of work.

You will be working directly alongside several senior partners giving you not only exposure to a strong quality level of work, but mentors to learn and develop from. The partners have an unrivalled focus on technical development over time and they are seeking someone to benefit from their expertise.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor 5+ years PQE
• You will have specialist knowledge in handling HNW property litigation matters
• You will be client-care-focused and driven
