The firm are now looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 2+ PQE to join their expanding team.

This leading, Legal 500 ranked firm, have a long history of settling disputes in Reading and the wider Berkshire area, and have expertise in a wide range of different areas of litigation. This includes (but is not limited to);

• Consumer Claims
• Contractual Disputes
• Credit Control
• Landlord & Tenant Disputes
• Mediation
• Medical / Clinical Negligence
• Neighbour Disputes
• Partnership Disputes
• Personal Injury
• Professional Negligence
• Shared Property

This role will focus mainly around contractual disputes, boundary disputes and insolvency litigation. Although this is not an essential requirement, but highly beneficial
