The role

The firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor to join the firms vibrant, Central London office based close to Euston.

You will work as part of a highly skilled court of protection team of five.

You will deal with work that is in relation to court of protection matters, that have come about as a result of complex personal injury or clinical negligence. The firm is highly regarded for their complex personal injury work, and as a result there is a growing amount of court of protection work, the department currently is very busy.

The Court of Protection team has plans to grow by a couple of new hires. You will work alongside a very approachable and well-known partner. The work quality is excellent and varied, making for an interesting role.

This role comes with good prospects, as a result of departmental growth.

Requirements

• You will be a Court of Protection Solicitor with between NQ-3 years PQE
• If you are not dealing with a sole COP caseload, this is fine so long as you have a strong interest in this area
• You will have excellent client care skills
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background and level of experience
