The Role
This firm are looking for a Corporate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join their flourishing Portsmouth, Hampshire office.
This role will include advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including, advising and handling company sales and purchases, handling asset sales and purchases, and providing independent legal advice.

Requirements:

• You will have 5+ year PQE
• Solid foundation in corporate and commercial work
• Good understanding of the corporate market
• Ability to advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
