This Legal 500 ranked firm is seeking a 6+ PQE Corporate Senior Solicitor with to join their office located in the North of London.

The Role:

The Directors have a wealth of experience and strong reputations; the Corporate Commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to contract drafting, company mergers and acquisitions, employee agreements, negotiations, SME's, Start-ups and assisting on more complex matters.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Senior Lawyer 6+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
