The Role

The corporate finance team boasts market-leading experience on takeovers and mergers for a wide range of clients in the UK and overseas, including FTSE 250 businesses, AIM companies, investors, and large public sector bodies.

The work on offer will be very interesting and varied and will include domestic or cross-border takeovers of public companies, the sale or purchase of a business that involves a listed company, floating companies on the public markets and raising new equity finance.
