About the Role

This firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Partner in their St Albans office,

The Corporate Commercial department is ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers, dealing with an exceptional quality of work. In line with the company's growth, this department has boomed over the past few years.

You will work in a department with a varied caseload so must have a comprehensive understanding of the following:

• M&A
• Partnership and Shareholder agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Corporate Finance and Partnerships

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate or Partner with at least 8+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience of managing a team
• A portable client base or contacts is necessary
• You will have a strong network of connections
• Excellent client care skills are essential
