The Role:

You will join a respected, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team in the firm's Manchester office.

The team undertakes a broad mix of work, including public and private M&A, private equity, VC, JVs, and IPOs. You will gain hands-on exposure to deals as part of a close-knit team and have early responsibility for key client relationships.

Requirements:

• You will be Corporate Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
• Experience gained in a national or regional law firm
