The Role

The Corporate department is ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500, delivering City-quality expertise with greater flexibility and a more commercial approach to fees. The client base is genuinely varied, spanning UHNWIs and business owners through to SMEs, owner-managed businesses, FTSE 250 companies, household names and a number of interesting online and social media businesses.

Typical work includes:

• M&A and disposals
• Shareholder agreements
• LLP and partnership agreements
• Share restructuring and share options
• Company formations and administration

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years PQE as a Corporate Solicitor
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload across a broad range of clients
