The role:

Opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Associate 2+ years PQE who is looking to join a high-performing team in Cheltneham.

This team continues to attract high acclaim in the legal community, winning many awards including Corporate Law Firm of the Year and Best Legal Team for Early Stage Deals.

They are very active in the M&A mid-market as well as in capital markets, management buyouts, impact investing, energy projects, microfinance initiatives and more.

You'll find a varied and distinguished client roster of entrepreneurial start-ups, major players in natural capital, agritech, healthcare, finance, capital markets, consumer goods and mineral extraction for battery technology.

As a junior, you can expect to be fully embedded in the client journey and receive a large amount of exposure from the Partners. They are keen to invest heavily in the next generation of homegrown talent and will encourage you to shadow seniors on high-level tasks/meetings, as well as introduce you to their business development network so you can continue building up your name in this space.

The ideal candidate:
