This leading, rapidly expanding Top 50 law firm is looking to further strengthen its Basingstoke offering with the addition of a Contentious Trust & Probate Senior Associate 5+ years PQE.

The Role

This Top 50 practice is looking for a Contentious Private Client Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join them in their growing Basingstoke office.

Considered a pioneer in the field, especially with High Net Worth and International Clients, this department are looking to further strengthen its team. This legal 500 ranked team, hosts 500 lawyers and leading individuals.

In this role, the ideal candidate will deal with a full remit of a Private Wealth Disputes caseload including but not limited to Private Client, Contentious Trusts, Estates, Wills, and the handling of more complex matters.

They have a strong team based in Guildford, many of the existing cohorts have worked at leading regional firms / large city firms.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE
• You will have experience handling Contentious Probate matters
• You will have had international exposure within a respectable practice.
• You will have good technical knowledge.
