The Role:

This role involves joining a highly reputable Tier 1 Ranked Construction team in this nationally and internationally recognised firm. They have an unmatched reputation in representing developers, public bodies, contractors, funders, and insurers.

As part of this role, you will handle a range of Dispute Resolution Cases for more than half of the UK's top 50 contractors. You will be responsible for handling formal disputes related to engineering and construction work, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and other forms of ADR.

Ideal Candidate

  • Deep experience in construction work 7+ years PQE
  • Contribute to business development
  • Ability to manage both disputes and teams effectively
  • Be qualified in Scotland and/or England & Wales
  • Enjoys a team environment and supporting junior colleagues in their development
