The Team

This well-regarded Commercial Real Estate team advises a broad range of clients including developers, investors, funds, landlords, occupiers and lenders across a diverse range of commercial property matters.

The team has experience across acquisitions and disposals, development, investment, landlord and tenant, asset management and property finance, acting on a variety of assets including offices, retail and leisure, logistics, hotels, residential and mixed-use developments.

Led by Legal 500 and Spears 500 recognised partners, the team combines strong technical expertise with a highly commercial approach, giving junior lawyers the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners and gain exposure to quality transactions and a broad client base.

The team is now looking for a 1-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing practice.

The Role

The firm is seeking a 1-2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing team. This is an opportunity to build on your existing experience while taking on meaningful responsibility and gaining broad exposure to commercial real estate work.

Working closely with the partners and wider team, you will be involved in a varied caseload covering areas such as:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Investment and development work
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Property management and asset management
• Development and regeneration projects
• PRS and Build to Rent
• Office, retail, leisure and hotel property
• Joint ventures and development arrangements

The role would suit a solicitor who has developed a solid grounding in commercial property and is looking for a platform where they can continue to develop technically, work closely with experienced partners and gain greater exposure to clients.

With a broad range of work and a growing practice, the role offers good scope to develop your experience across different areas of commercial real estate while building towards the next stage of your career.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years' PQE (England & Wales) Commercial Property Solicitor.
• Strong grounding in commercial property with experience across a range of transactions.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in developing your real estate expertise.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues and clients at all levels.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach and enthusiasm to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
