The Role

The firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 5+PQE to join their Bracknell office.

Due to impending retirement, this role will allow you to inherit an active HNW caseload. The firm is seeking an experienced lawyer who would like to put their own stamp on a department and assist in its growth.

You will deal with all aspects of Acquisitions and disposals, Real estate finance, Development, Lease extensions and much more.

A significant number of the firms' instructions come from existing clients and recommendations resulting in a strong HNW client base.

The Requirements

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 5+ years of experience
• Previous experience handling a Commercial Property caseload
• Excellent business development skills
• You will have a strong desire to grow with the firm
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
